Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game FlyOut ("the App", package com.vipapp.arrowOut) handles your information. The App is developed and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). Contact: thaonp.dsvn@gmail.com.

1. No account, local game data

FlyOut does not require an account. Your game progress, settings, coins, unlocked skins and custom levels are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.

2. Photos

The "Photo to Level" feature lets you pick a photo to generate a puzzle level. Photos are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or any third party.

3. Data collected by third-party services

The App uses the following third-party SDKs, which may collect limited data automatically:

Google AdMob (advertising) — advertising ID, device information, IP address, and ad interaction data, used to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps.
Google Firebase Analytics — pseudonymous identifiers, device information, and in-app events (e.g. level started/completed), used to understand how the game is played and improve it.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash logs and device state at the time of a crash, used to fix bugs.
Google Play Billing / RevenueCat — purchase history and a pseudonymous app user ID, used to deliver in-app purchases and restore them. We never receive your payment card details; payments are processed by Google Play.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or precise location.

4. Advertising and consent

The App shows rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), you will be shown a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are served, and you can choose non-personalized ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

Purchasing Remove Ads disables interstitial advertising in the App.

5. Notifications

The App can schedule local play reminders. These are created on your device only and can be turned off in the App's settings or your system notification settings.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will assist with its removal.

7. Data security and retention

Data transmitted by the SDKs above is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data held by Google and RevenueCat is retained according to their own policies. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access or delete data held about you. Because the App has no accounts, the main identifier involved is your advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in device settings. For any request or question, email thaonp.dsvn@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated effective date.
